A lot of people have a scaly spot when it's frigid outside. Those persistent splotches could be eczema flares,  Eczema is easier to control than cure, if you have eczema you should keep cleansing to a minimum, and learn this steps to recognize how to gid  rid of this pesky skin once and for all.



- Change your laundry detergent or fabric softener.
- Remove every thing that make the allergic reaction.
- Use a mild soap or body cleaner.
- Don't wash with warm water.
- Dry your body very carfully.
- Don't use lotions with fragrances.
- Avoid wear tight-fitting, scratchy clothing or rough.
- Try to cover the area with a dressing or wear gloves if you don't stop yourself to scratch the rash.
- Don't make exercise during a flare.
- Don't wear the clothes that cause sweating.
- Clean the area with a hypoallergenic soap every day. Apply lubricating cream or lotion after washing.
- Avoid physical and mental stress. Eating right, light activity, and adequate sleep will help you stay healthy, which can help prevent flares.
Shorten your showers, and minimize the amount of soap to prevent irritating you spots.


If the lesions aren’t gone, you may need a prescription steroid cream. Sometimes a stronger topical is the only thing that can break the eczema .
