Delicious Recipe - Vanilla Cupcakes

Cupcakes
Ingredients:-

1 stick of butter.
-
1 1/4 cups whole
milk.

2 1/2 cups of flour
-
2 1/2 tsp. baking
powder
-
1 3/4 cups of sugar
-
2 eggs (large eggs)
-
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
-
1/4 tsp. salt
Note:- Milk, eggs, and butter should be at room temperature.

2 sticks unsalted butter, soft
-
2 teaspoons vanilla
extract
-
3-5 cups powdered sugar
-
4 oz cream cheese
Instructions:-
-
Mix together the
flour, baking powder and salt.
-
In the mixer fitted
cream together the butter and sugar until pale and smooth.

mix in the eggs, one
at a time.
-
Stir the vanilla
into the milk.
-
Adding the dry
ingredients and the milk in the mixer on low speed, mix until combined.
-
Fill the liners
about 2/3 of the way.
-
Bake for 16-18
minutes.
-
Now, comes out
clean. Allow cupcakes to cool an a wire rack.
To
make the frosting:-
-
Butter and cream
cheese together, then mix in the vanilla.
-
Add the powdered
sugar. start with 3 cups and add the more.

Add food coloring if
desired and frost cooled cupcakes.
