7 Power Food for Pregnancy

As you know pregnant woman needs special food for her body and her baby, so this is 7 power food important in pregnancy diet.

1. Eggs: Eggs whites are the best healthier option, eggs have a various benefits, it's always provide our bodies with high protein and low calorie, it's food to boost brain development and the formation of healthy eyes.

2. Dairy Products : pregnancy woman should the food that contain calcium. Calcium is one of the key elements of a pregnancy diet, all the food that made from milk supply vitamin D,A, and it's important for the development of your newborn.
- Pregnant woman should eat an avocado fruit, this fruit is wonderful for health of pregnancy, it contain of (Vitamin D,C, and folic acid) it has a lot of benefits:-
- Vitamin C : make the development of a healthy immune system.
- Vitamin B :  make everything from preventing morning sickness and make development of your unborn child.



 3. Folic acid :  content ensures proper neural tube development in the baby.
4. Fish:- pregnant women should get the fish from reputable sources and speak to the her doctor about what is right for your specific diet. Some fish can contain trace compound that could be very unhealthy for your child. However, A lot of fish like (salmon, mackerel, sardines) can contain an important benefits for pregnancy, there have omega 3 fatty acid, which are extremely important for the proper development of your baby.

5. Carrots: Carrots are an essential vegetable for pregnancy diet, carrots give (Vitamin C,B and A). Vitamin A is an important as it guarantees the proper formation of skin, eyes, teeth, and bones for your baby. Vitamin C and B Keep your bowels moving regular, and preventing that traditional pregnancy constipation that can be so irritating.


6. Spinach including:( fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Folic acid, iron) and range of antioxidants which can protect your developing baby from any chronic diseases.
The iron content can protect pregnant woman from anemia is a common concern during pregnancy and immediately following birth, and also baby need iron for red blood cells,  extra iron from spinach is a wise choice!.

7. Chicken have very essential  for pregnant and baby, Chicken and other lean forms of protein are a must for your baby’s development, But you should be sure that this protein is low fat.
pregnancy should avoid any overly processed meats, and you shouldn’t be putting in your body when you’re eating for two!.
